I highly suggest it, I was recently planning to set up one, haha! Aimee has a point though, reading up on all the deets, including the pros and cons, will be helpful for you to decide whether it's worth it or not. 

It also helps while setting up rewards and milestones to consider what is feasible for you to do and put out. Basically wouldn't suggest biting off more than you can chew. Your limits are worth thinking over. If you ever have trouble deciding on what to give out, there's plenty of artists and webcomic peeps to look at with common reward tiers, such as sketches at lower tiers or NSFW streams at higher ones.
